01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the ek447 platform and all its services. ek447 is an internationally licensed online gaming operator serving Bangladesh and other countries.

02 Account Registration & Verification

Opening an account on ek447 is completely free. However, you must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Each individual may only One account per person. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed.
• You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is prohibited.
• A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is typically 20x–40x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Bonus offers have a fixed expiry date; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once expired.
• Cashback bonuses apply only to bets placed with real money, not bonus funds.

06 Gaming Policy & Fairness

Ek447 guarantees that all games on the platform are conducted in a fully fair and impartial manner.

• Live Casino games are hosted by real dealers and broadcast with full transparency.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is listed in that game's information section.
• If a game session is interrupted for any reason, the system will automatically resume from the last saved state.
• If a technical error produces an unintended outcome, ek447 reserves the right to void that round.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log files shall serve as the final and definitive record.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek447 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of funds:

08 Responsible Gaming
